Plant material will receive more consistent attention and will hold their shapes better. All weeds will be removed and plant material will be transplanted, if necessary. For instance, say an area is looking over grown, or certain plants were installed too closely at first and are now more mature and touching. If the landscape maintenance schedule was implemented, time would be created to fix this problem. This can really help to eliminate or reduce the extra expense of purchasing new plants as well as the labor that would normally be charged to install them. Phasing out the maintenance is a dynamic plan that allows the landscapers to spend more time in one area instead of having to cover more ground and potentially overlooking important tasks, as well as being able to do the little extra things that really make a difference and get noticed.
